Delivery and Pick-Up

Cristina Angeli offers two main purchasing methods to ensure the best possible customer support:

  1. Insured Shipping with Express Courier
  2. Pick-Up at a Partner Location

Insured Shipping with Express Courier

The shipping process follows the selection made at the time of the order:

  • Online Payment:
    This involves authorizing the charge and initiating order processing within the working day. Once the integrity and availability of the materials are confirmed, the charge is finalized, and the next steps of the order are carried out. If the material is missing or damaged, the customer will be promptly notified to agree on the terms of processing.

  • For In-Stock Items:
    If shipping is selected, the process will follow the verification of available materials and be handed over to the courier within 3 days of receiving full payment for the order. The average shipping time within Italy varies from 2 to 3 working days.

  • For Made-to-Order Items:
    These products will be entered into the system, and their delivery availability will be verified. Once payment (or authorization to proceed with the charge) is received from the customer, the order will be placed with the supplier, and the shipping process will begin the day after the item is delivered.

  • For Pre-Order Items:
    Pre-orderable products require advance payment and are reserved according to the existing waiting list. Upon payment, the operator will provide a detailed report on the expected availability of the item.

Pick-Up at a Partner Location

The pick-up process at a partner location follows the selection made at the time of the order:

  • Online Payment:

    The item can be picked up once the confirmation of product availability for pick-up is received.

  • For Made-to-Order Items:
    These products will be entered into the system, and their delivery availability will be verified. Once payment (or authorization to proceed with the charge) is received from the customer, the order will be placed with the supplier, and pick-up will be available the day after the item is delivered.

  • For Pre-Order Items:
